We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover through Google Checkout and Paypal (third party processors), as well as personal checks and money orders.

Google Checkout and Paypal:

If you already have an account with either of these payment processors, you know you will zip through checkout fast and securely.

If you don't have a google checkout or paypal account, you can easily open one as you go through the payment process. After you register with either of these payment processors, you will zoom through our checkout conveniently AND will have express checkout each time you use that method of payment as you don't need to reenter much of your information. You can use paypal or google checkout when you shop with millions of other merchants, too! Just choose either of these payment methods at checkout, and place your order. Then a payment screen will appear. Simply follow the instructions on the screen to register so you can pay for your current order, and many future ones!

If you prefer not to register/open a paypal or google checkout account, but still prefer to pay for your purchase using your credit card, you can! Simply follow the steps at checkout and include a note saying "INVOICE ME", at the Notes to Seller section. Choose either google or paypal as your payment method. Place your order, but do not take any further action at the payment page that appears next. Once we recieve your order, we'll simply submit a payment request to you via email. You will be taken to a secure site where you can fill out your credit card and shipping information and you are DONE. Your information will be sent through a secure site protected by the highest online payment standards in the industry, it is fast and it is FREE!

Personal Checks and Money Orders: If you choose either of these payment methods at checkout, you will see a screen that gives you the order total and the address to mail your payment to at the end. We only accept USPS (Unites States Postal Service) money orders. Once you complete placing your order online, please mail in your payment. We will hold your order for 1 week within which we should receive payment. As soon as we receive the money order, we will ship your order. Please be advised that orders with personal check payments need to clear a 10-14 day period after which they will be shipped.


We strive to save you money on your order through low shipping costs! We will ship your order in the most economical way without sacrificing the safety or delivery speed of your package. We usually use U.S.P.S. (Priority Mail or First Class, depending on weight) for all our shipping.

Our shipping charges are weight based. The charges increase incrementally with weight, but do so modestly. The relative shipping fee you are paying per item goes down as you add more items to your shopping cart as the first ounce or pound is always more expensive to ship then the additional ones.

You will see the final shipping costs before you place and confirm your order. Please note that the shipping costs are an "estimate" of the actual shipping costs and will most likely vary from the latter. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping charged by our website and forfeit any rights to any difference that there might be between what you were charged and what the actual shipping charge was (just like we do not demand the difference from the customer after the order ships, in the event that the actual charges exceed what the customer was charged).

Once an order is received, we will ship within 1 - 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). It takes another 3 - 7 days for the package to arrive, depending on destination and the carrier. Most packages usually arrive within 5 days of shipping.

For most packages, (except very small ones that are letter sized) a tracking number will be available.

If you would like your order to arrive sooner, please email us right after you place your order OR add a note during check out so we can arrange express delivery for you (you will get a chance to confirm the additional fee for express mail service). If you have any other special service requests regarding shipping (such as insurance, etc...) please email us and we will do our best to honor them.


We sure hope that you will be happy with your purchase! However, if for any reason you would like to return an item*, we will gladly issue an exchange or a refund, whichever you prefer.

All merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. If you decide to return an item, please email us and let us know the order number, product name and a brief reason of the return. Then we will tell you the quick steps to mail the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will send in the exchange or issue your refund as per your preference.

Refunds: If you paid through google checkout or paypal, the same will be credited. You will be mailed a check for products paid by money order or personal check.

We issue full refunds on purchase price but no refunds for the original shipping fee. If we made an error with your order, however, (e.g., shipped the wrong item) or if item was defective, then you will receive a refund for the original shipping costs as well as for the cost of mailing the product back to us.

If the item was shipped with a free shipping promotion, there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price deducted from the refund.

The customer will be responsible for new shipping fees for any exchanges.

* Condition of merchandize to be eligible for returns & exchanges:

1. All personal care and hygiene products can be returned provided that they are unopened, sealed and in their original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been opened or unsealed in any way due to the personal nature of these products and for hygiene reasons.

2. All clothing (including scarves and accessories), travel and other items can be returned as long as they are in unused and new condition. Please include all original tags, instructions and packaging. When you receive a clothing item, please check to make sure it is the right fit. If it is not, please do not wear it any further (even if you had to try it on to check the fit), do not remove tags and the like; and return it to us by following to return instructions promptly.


An order can be cancelled as long as it has not yet shipped. If you decide to cancel an order, please email or call us as soon as possible, and we'll do so if it has not shipped yet. If your credit card had already been charged, it'll be refunded in full.


Your information is safe with us! The personal information we collect from you such as your name, address, email, phone number, are used only to fulfill your order and will NOT be shared or sold to any third party. We use this information only to serve you and for no other purpose.

We respect your privacy and do NOT spam. We will use your email only to communicate with you regarding your order and for occasional emails with special offers and discount coupons that we think you will find useful. However, at any time you can ask to have your name removed from our promotional offers list.
